Pneumatic rubber balloon designed for airtight sealing of pipes from the inside. Its primary function is twofold: on one hand, it allows you to isolate pipe sections for pressure and leakage tests; on the other, models with a built-in bypass include a diversion that enables temporary flow redirection to another point on the network without interrupting service. A single plug covers a wide diameter range, and its reinforced rubber construction guarantees resistance to pressure, abrasion and the chemicals typically found in drainage and water networks.
| Diameter range | DN 50 – DN 1200 |
| Max. inflation pressure | 0.12 – 0.35 MPa (depending on model) |
| Working depth | Up to 20 m |
| Material | High-strength reinforced rubber |
| Connection | Standard inflation valve |
| Storage | At room temperature, protected from direct light |
| Applications | Leakage tests, temporary flow bypass, maintenance |
Each model covers a diameter range with optimised pressure and length. Consult the right model for your network.
